Firstly, thank you for reaching out to our store!

We have a quality test and provide after-sale customer service for the product. If you do not satisfied with our products and want to send them back to get a refund or an exchange, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (email address: service.fraecy@gmail.com), they will reply to you in 24 hours (except weekends) and give you some useful professional advice and solutions.

I. How to Cancel Order
Customers can cancel their orders at anytime prior to shipping, but please contact us first. We will help you cancel the order and process to refund you, and the refund takes 5-8 business days back to your account.

However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return policy comes into effect.

II. How To Exchange and Returns
You must first contact us and get our written approval before sending any item back. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.

The returns from our customers are acceptable within 15 days after you get the package. when we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we'll refund you the payment.

The refund request from our customers is acceptable if customer service confirms our store send you the wrong item. After we making sure that we sent you the wrong item, we will refund you the amount to your account which you can use for a new order, or inform our financial staff to refund back to your PayPal account or others if you like.

Items that can be returned or refunded of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

Please make sure the products are unused and will not affect the secondary sales.
Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Because that we charged the shipping fee in behave of the shipping company, we will only refund you the good price which is responsible.
After returning the products, please inform us of the following information:
① Order No., for example, PAC0001

② Item No., for example, 1234_B_M

③ Quantity of each item

④ Photo of the products you sent back

⑤ Photo of the shipping label on the package our store sent to you

⑥ Photo of the shipping label in the package you sent to our store

Steps:

Please ask us for a returning application and consult the customer service about the information we need before sending back the package.
Send the package back to us: Please remember to write your order number on the package, like PAC0001 to make your package be recognized easily, so we can solve your problem as soon as possible. And you have to undertake return express fees by yourself. After we make sure that we have received the return package, we will contact you and give you a refund or an exchange within 15 business days.
After returning the products, please offer our customer service the information you collect above.
After confirming the information, we will refund the money to your account directly. But the amount is frozen which can be used until we get the package.
We will activate the refund in your account when we get the package, then you can use that for a new order.

III. Refund

Full Refunds
We offer a full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer's own fault cannot apply for a refund.

 

Partial Refunds
We also offer a partial refund on returned items that have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.

The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, and other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. But the defective product is not recycled by us, so we recommend you not to return it. Once we receive the items, we will resend a replacement or offer compensation to you.
If you ordered an incorrect size, product, or simply want to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of free post, consumers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
